It is ideal for prepped produce, storing tomatoes away from acidic juices, or any liquid-based food condiments. The clear polycarbonate allows for liquids to drain directly into the food pan below for easy disposal and clean up.

Features a temperature range of -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C) and is compatible with 1/9 size pans (92CW, 94CW). Food pans are sold separately.
