The Equipex FC-60/1 Sodir Ariel countertop convection oven is completely constructed from stainless steel and is best suited for baking pastries or entrees. The rear fan and heating assembly gives this oven its true convection pattern while giving you uniform baking controlled by the thermostatic controls and its unique air flow design. The double glass door is removable and cool-to-the-touch for easy cleanup.
