The Super Benriner has a 3-3/4 inch wide surface space to rapidly slice or julienne wider items like cabbage. What makes the Super Benriner mandoline a chefs favorite is the back finger screw which is easily tightened to lock in the blade depth. The mandolin comes standard with (3) julienne blades ranging from matchstick to French fry. A workable finger guard holds the food in place while slicing to create a barrier between you and the blade. Hand wash only. Julienne thickness are 1MM, 3MM and 10MM.
